London NMMNG Group
Hey guys

In the beginning of NMMNG, Dr Glover warns recovering nice guys to find safe people and not try to recover alone. With that being said, a new NMMNG group is forming in London and will be meeting weekly. If you're interested in coming along, please PM me or respond to this thread and I'll let you know where we will be meeting once I figure out the best schedule for everyone.

This would be great - i'm usually busy on a thursday & tuesdays. But I can skip the odd tuesday/ thursday as required. I'm come in to Waterloo - but can travel in different zones etc

GUYS! I think I got both of you, but if I've missed you PM me. To any new guys in London, the London NMMNG group will be launching very shortly, probably either this coming Thursday or the next. I'll know within the next couple of days. The goal is to meet every Thursday evening.

This is our group, not mine. With that being said, I believe it should be a bullshit free zone so this is solely to work on bfe's, release toxic shame (slowly of course), establish trust, and call each other out (because if you're like me, you can't always see how you self sabotage).

I propose we read alternate between reading a chapter and discussing it one week and then the next, working through BFE's and sharing them.

Remember what Dr Glover says, "Don't do this alone"

Guys, London nmmng group officially met last Thursday. I'd call it a success but that might just be my opinion! Plans are to meet again this coming Thursday so please pm for details

Yeah, I was there and thought it was a success. It certainly got me thinking and reading in the following days. It will be good to meet more people there next time.
